Fandom Drabble Rules

Nicole and Jess have come up with a new game/competition because we lack the motivation to do anything else actually productive (go us) - and will be posting the results of our madness here at some point. Here are the rules (for us later) and so that you can play, too, if you so desire:

Materials:

• two 6-sided dice (and/or 1 that you roll twice)
• collection of random sayings, quotes, plot devices, etc. (we have a pumpkin! he is cute!)
• list of 5 (or 6 - we like having an 'other' category) fandoms you know well enough to write in, and list of 6 genres (we'll list ours for an example)
• timing implement

The Rules:

• roll dice to discover fandom and genre, pull however many of your plot-device slips you desire
• set timer (we've discovered that 10 minutes is a little tricky; we're trying 15 this time... its really your choice)
• go.

6. Other/of your choice

1. Romance
2. Angst
3. Mystery
4. Crack-fic
